Complete the membership form and return it to the P&C team in person, or email it to: carltonpandc@gmail.com

Pay the $1 annual membership fee to the Treasurer.

Attend at least one meeting in person before you are eligible to vote.
That’s it! Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to have your say on decisions and help shape the future of our school.

Help at an event
Bake a cake, serve food, or lend a hand at a stall — we always need helpers for school events like discos, BBQs and fundraising days.
Share your skills
Got experience with design, tech, fundraising, event planning or something else? Let us know— we’d love to hear from you.
Support BTS
From setting up chairs to printing flyers, there’s plenty you can do from home or during school hours if that suits you better.

Volunteer once a term or once a year — every bit counts! No ongoing commitment required.

You don’t need to be a P&C member to get involved. We welcome help from any parent, carer or community member who wants to support the school. Whether you’d like to volunteer your time, offer a service or just lend a hand at an event, you can do so using the volunteer form. Every contribution, big or small makes a difference.
